Totally different from the days of old-school camping, but I'm to old for that stuff now. If you cannot enjoy yourself here then you are too high maintenance and need to stick to the KOA's.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING

Our favorite place to glamp; ZFC offers enough activity to keep the kids off of electronics for a weekend. Pool (seasonal), Jumping Pillow, Mini-Golf, Bocce Court, Basketball, C & R Pond and Hiking Trails. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a small store that is well stocked and very reasonably priced. Firewood and Propane available on site. Wi-Fi is available, although it is a bit outdated (G) and weak in the upper sites. They do special events throughout the year; Halloween is great with folks decorating their campers, they have a haunted house, hayride and Trick or Treating. Father's Day they offered a free breakfast. They often have a live band or a DJ on Saturday nights.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff, my second home. The kids always have a great time!

My children and I had a terrible experience at a camp ground named deep river, I got a refund and was very upset, then I arrived At Zooland, Wow, The lady at the counter was very polite, my kids and I drove around the site first and the appearance was breath taking, It was so clean and you can see a gentleman fixing a sign so you know they stay on top of there game out there. The pools where clean and sparkling clear, The game room is amazing and the giant Ballon the kids played on was cool, The store had just about everything you can think about, We stayed down at the tent sites and yes people may think they need lighting but it was exactly like we wanted, Dark besides the camp fire, It truly was a blessing we stumbled across this place, we met some really great people, One gentleman who stays up near the rv area who is a frequent guest offered and brought us some dry wood and fire starter, which was awesome how people where so friendly, I will definitely be back as my kids where so happy and pleased on how clean this place is, thank you for the great experience, Y'all won my business.

Great family-friendly campground! We were so welcomed by all the families that spend the summer there with their children. Although we had just met, we were immediately included in a family cookout and all the activities that were going on for the 4th of July celebrations that weekend.

Great family fun for a great price!

The pool and jumping pillow were the biggest hit. There is also mini golf, a small basketball court and a volleyball net available for use. The dogs loved the brand new 50x50 dog park they had available. The trails beside the creek and the small fishing pond were an added bonus.

Great people. They are always improving the facility. Nice little camp ground.
