Clean and safe neighborhood, price is too high for what is included.
It's a decent park, the lot owners can be rude and over bearing, but the people that live there are friendly. Pool is ok, dated but useable.

We have been here a year and yes while the home we got needed some repairs Lisa in the office was nice and professional to get in contact with the contractor we love our home and Lisa is a wonderful person to deal with so yea
