Never have I seen such unprofessionalism at a drive-thru pharmacy. Started out well enough but one simple question I asked took 3 different people to try to answer. Each successive person seemed more irritated than the last. They didn't communicate with each other and came back asking the same questions. When I mentioned this, they became hostile. Guy wouldn't let me talk and kept pointing his finger at me. Acted like he was losing patience. I understand that the owner is a nice woman, but she needs to hire competent people. Moved to CVS.

Disgusting telephone customer service by a punk boy who wasn't even a pharmacy technician. When I spoke to the owner, he argued with me as well. When I physically went to the store, the owner was dressed like common trailer park trash making it VERY difficult to take him seriously. Even in person, the owner was arguementative towards me. As a sick person needed many prescriptions, I find the owner's behavior threatening and low class.
