First complaint: I called today and asked to speak with a manager or owner of the store. The girl who answered put me on hold and said to who I’m assuming was the manager “there’s someone asking to speak with a manager, sounds like a kid. Want me to talk to them or you want to”. Second complaint: Another woman who had broken English answered. I informed her to let the other employee know I wasn’t a kid I was an adult. I explained I had spoke to a gentleman several months ago and he said he would buy baby Guinea Pigs from me. She asked how old they were. I said “3 weeks” she said “I can’t take them until they are 6 weeks, sorry girl”. She obviously doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Male babies leave at 3 weeks because they can reproduce!!! Very rude, uneducated and unprofessional!!!
They need to sell more than fish n animals like dogs and cats they sell tarantulas n mice n Guinea n hampsters n rats n I have seen some big snakes in aquariums n they need to try to find a way to get some praying mantis
They are the sweetest people! They have a huge range of freshwater and saltwater fish, and if they don't carry it most times they can order it for you! They have many different types of pets and just about every kind of pet supplies you could need. Every time I go It's very clean and I'm attended to almost immediately. I go there more than any other pet store. For sure 5 stars!!!
A little bit pricey, but they are local owned and operated. Very knowledgeable, nice, patient and friendly. Highly recommend. Would be 5 stars but for the price.
