Wish I could give it a zero! I'm a manager at a movie theater so I know what expectations customers have. My fiancee and I came here for Valentine's day to see "fifty shades darker" after driving an hr to go to the nc zoo We decided that we would check the local theater out. Walked in, the custodians were friendly it's $5 Tuesday, so lucky us! Bought our tickets and concessions and then went into the theater. The theater had not been cleaned from the last show and was a mess. Trash everywhere and Cupholders had old cups in them. You litterly had to sit around the trash. Then as we were sitting thorough the previews, I hear crying. I turn around to see a baby! Mind you we are in a rated R movie. Come to find out later the manager informed me that children are allowed in a rated R movie until 6. at the theater i work at if a customer is disrupting the movie we ask them to stop and if that does not work we ask them to leave with a refund. In this case it is a baby. Babys do not listen to reason there for should not be allowed in a adult movie theater. any ways the problem was, when we decided to leave cause we didn't want to hear a baby crying through are v-day date, we spoke with the manager and all he said was you can get your refund at the counter. My question is why wern't the parents of the crying child asked to leave? It's a movie theater and you are supposed to be quiet and watch a movie. To make matters worse, we get in line to get our refund, and finally when We get to the register the cashier says "oh, he (talking about Jeff, the manager) can help you over there at the next register." so we waiting in line for what reason? By far this manager had the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Have nothing bad to say about it!! Good prices and clean. Great place!
I really like this theater, no its not IMAX mega screen but its still a great place to watch a movie and the prices are a lot better than some of those larger theaters.
Rip you off with the pricing of the food don't make no sense
I've enjoyed the movie experience here many times. Now that they've upgraded the seating, it's even better. Popcorn is expensive but tasty. The projectors are fantastic. None of the screens are so large that places look out of focus. Plenty of good seating in each auditorium.
