EVERYONE that I had any contact with in the Asheboro office today while signing up for Medicare was unfailingly nice, friendly and helpful! I could not have had a better experience.
First time I've been here. It's like the DMV except as soon as you get there an Officer named Goines greeted everyone and was real friendly answering any questions asked. My experience was a good one service was quicker than I thought it was going to be.
This place is like any govt office. The wait is ridiculous, about an hour long. The kicker is that the windows were empty half the time. The security guard is good for comic relief. He goes between stressed to the max and rubbing his tempels any time someone asks a question, and falling asleep! Literally nodding off.
I have never had a problem here. They are always friendly and more than helpful.
A representative, Ms Perry, answered my phone call with no wait. She was extremely helpful and courteous. She went the extra mile to answer my question!
