Order a counter top 08/04/17 STORE #:449, TRANS#: 8855292, INVOICE 89084. Was told it'll be ready for pickup in 3 weeks, well 7 weeks later 09/22/17 get a call ready for pickup, 09/23/17 went to pick up and the right end was not finished so Lowe's said they'll call the company Monday for them to pickup and finish. Lowe's called me Monday evening to ask me would I be willing to put the end on if company made it and if not it'll be at least 2 weeks before it ready. Very unhappy, had a deadline 09/15/17 with Mortgage Company and their not happy as well. My question is, what can Lowe's do to resolve this issue?
My dish washer quit and I had to replace it. They were very busy today but as always the associates we very courteous and helpful. They took time to answer my questions and I'm now proud owner of a new Maytag dish washer.
