I was super excited to take my mom to Ulta, this was her first experience. I was embarrassed... I had told her all about how helpful the employees are and how she would leave feeling beautiful. Not at this location... you had to all but beg someone to help you and then they acted as if we were a bother. It was by far the worse experience I have ever had at Ulta. I will be taking my mom to the Charlotte location to make up for this.
Meeda was an awesome hair dresser . she was super friendly to my children and their hair looked great when we left . already booked more appointments with her. There wasnt an unfriendly person at the store that night.
The staff has always been nice when I go in. Lots of cruelty free products to choose from.
Customer service sucks. Everyone has a bad attitude. Can't ever get help. I rather drive to Aberdeen and go to Ulta there.

On top of pampering yourself in a high end salon you get to buy all the beauty product you could possibly need, with guidance from a very knowledgeable staff!
