Good luck with if something is under warranty I took a TV to them Mindy said it was shipped to be fixed called numerous times she avoided me and my TV didn't get to the place for 2 weeks after 2 months and 43 phone calls the warranty people cut me a check she was to meet me when I got there she left,I furnished 2 homes with them and it seems I have to pay or they take it but they Mindy can just put you off as long as they want,my advice is to talk with someone else or go somewhere else 900.00 tv and they want to give me 460.00 go figure
I would have gave it zero stars if that was an option! It is now February 2017, we went to this store and bought two couches two weeks before Thanksgiving 2016. After setting the couches up we realized that one of them had issues with one of the reclining seats wouldn't recline. With it being after hours at the time my wife called the next day and got the run around. To make a long story short. The WILL NOT call you back after telling you they will call you back. We have asked for a replacement couch and after my wife was told she would receive a call back in five minutes it has been two weeks and still no phone call. Shop with caution!
I did a lot of business at this place. I recommend this business to others. My brother purchased a washing machine. It was broken so he made them pick it up. A month later they called wanting payment.
