When I call and try to make a payment it takes anywhere from 30mins to an hour to get someone to answer. They need to have an answering machine so they will know who to call back and why
Assistant manager is rude and not helpful at all. No matter hoe long you pay on your loan, it is like pulling teeth to them to renew and then they never give you what they say they will. Not happy with this company at all.
Doesn't even deserve a star. Most rudest people put me on hold for 15 mins And never picked up the line so I hung up.. called back and they transferred me to someone else long story short I had to repeat myself gen times and they still couldn't help me. Honestly the highest interest ever it's like we're never going to finish paying it off
Supervisor that I encountered was very rude. Strung me along for 3 days after getting my personal information and making a credit inquiry, before I'm told that my loan request was not approved. Loan turned down for insufficient income, but there was no questions or discussions about my expenses against that income. Would not recommend this company to anyone else. Not consumer friendly!
I had a loan thru marier paid it off. They called and asked if i would like to get another i told them not at this time few months go by i call to get another loan and get nothing but bs. I have to call them back bc they apprentlyw dont know how to return a phone call and then got told i couldnt get one!!!! Sadest part is nothing has changed still same income, ect. Oh well on to a better company.... I wouldnt even waste my time with these clowns!!!!!
